System availability is particularly important, especially in terms of disaster recovery and fault tolerance. This is in terms of: How is this solution going to be put together? Is it going to have some degree of redundancy, some degree of resilience? Are we going to have just enough blades to keep going, are we going to have just enough capacity for the machines we have, or do we have a business continuing ESX farm or virtual farm where we can sail over to if I need to take a blade or enclosure down? How does that impact the service I provide to the clients?
