I think that would be a nice feature, but certainly there are tools on the market today that do that extremely well. I would like to see more of those tools integrating with [VMware's] VirtualCenter. I'd like to see VMware innovating in the infrastructure, like VMotion -- that brings great value.

Having the ability to have VMware migrate [images] from virtual machines to physical machines, I don't see a whole lot of value in that for VMware. Again, it would simply be a nice feature, but there are other tools on the market specifically designed to do that, so I would lean toward using those tools, and have those tools integrate tighter into VirtualCenter.
