The best approach is one process at the time:
Help the customers build a catalog of inefficient processes categorized by value type (increased revenue or reduced cost), value potential (low, medium or high) and impact (short, medium or long-term).
Identify a process that has a short-term impact to highly increase revenue.
Engage with the customer on a prototype basis: a four week project which should run from definition to realization, involving at least one technical expert and one functional expert.
The goal is to build a business process, using composition technologies and SOA architecture which use services that entail least amount of code.
